AIM North America Supplier AllianceThe UID Supplier Alliance (USA) Committee includes many of the leading providers of UID and other automatic identification and data capture (AIDC) solutions. It was founded in November 2007 by AIM North America, which represents the AIDC industry. AIM has been instrumental in helping the military and organisations in manufacturing, aerospace, logistics and other industries learn about AIDC technologies. It has also helped develop and standardise many of the technologies used today, including the Data Matrix bar code symbology at the heart of the UID program. |

Our members are the providers and users of the technologies, systems and services that capture, manage and integrate accurate data into larger information management systems. As a not-for-profit industry organisation, AIM’s mission is to stimulate the understanding, adoption and use of AIDC technology by providing timely, unbiased and non-commercial news and information. |

Defence Equipment and SupportDefence Equipment and Support (DE&S) equips and supports the UK’s armed forces for current and future operations.
